Welcome to Inhale Exhale. I’m John Kelly, a certified Breathwork Facilitator and ICF Associate Certified Coach I will be your personal guide in your breathwork and healing journey.

My own path to healing and transformation has been an intense and explorative journey. For many years, I grappled with anxiety, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs that severely restricted my life. I sought help in traditional psychotherapy but often found myself searching for something more—something that would not merely help me cope, but truly overcome my struggles and thrive.

This quest led me to the transformative power of breathwork. Breathwork Session

Our journey together begins with a warm conversation to understand you, your needs, and your aspirations. With this foundation, we transition into a short, guided meditation to set the right atmosphere for your inner exploration. Then, comfortably lying down at your own space, we embark on a 45-minute breathwork session. Guided by music and my supportive voice, you are encouraged to dive deep into your subconscious. The final phase of the session allows for open dialogue about your experience, providing valuable insights for your self-discovery journey. All our sessions are conducted in a safe and pressure-free environment, custom-tailored to support your unique path to growth.

Free 20-minute Consultation

Our free consultation is a chance for us to connect and identify your needs and aspirations. This open discussion allows me to understand better what you aim to work on, overcome, or delve deeper into. As a bonus, you will learn a handy breathwork technique that you can employ anytime to combat stress and anxiety on the fly.

Breathwork techniques work by influencing the body's autonomic nervous system, specifically the balance between the sympathetic (fight-or-flight) and parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) branches. Controlled breathing can shift the body into a more relaxed state, reducing stress and promoting a sense of calm.

The frequency of breathwork practice can vary depending on individual preferences and goals. Starting with a few minutes of daily practice can be beneficial, gradually increasing the duration as you become more comfortable with the techniques. Some people find benefit in doing breathwork multiple times a day, while others may prefer longer sessions a few times a week.

If you are just starting your breathwork journey, it is important to have someone to guide you through the process to ensure that you are breathing correctly. It is also important to have someone there in the beginning to hold space in case anything challenging arises.

There are many types of breathwork out there, each with their own purpose. Conscious Connected Breathwork is meant to take you deep into the subconscious where all of your unconscious patterns lay. While a practice of CCB may help you feel more energized, it offers much deeper healing effects.

The answer to this question is that it depends. There are many things that may come up during your sessions and having a facilitator throughout this process is important. However, if you get to a point where you feel ready to continue this journey on your own, 10 sessions are recommended before you go at it alone.
