A 6-month online breathwork facilitator training for wellness practitioners. Add breathwork to your practice as a new revenue stream, take your clients deeper and keep them longer, and finish with your offer packaged and ready to sell.
You're good at what you do, and your clients trust you. They understand their patterns better than ever, and there are still moments when the work stops at understanding. At the same time, your income is tied to your hours, so the only way to earn more is to work more.
Maybe you've already tried adding something new. A weekend workshop or a short certification gave you a technique, but not the depth to use it with confidence. Or you learned a new skill and never quite figured out how to turn it into something people pay for.
Adding a modality takes 2 things that rarely come together: going through the work deeply enough yourself to guide others through it, and a clear way to bring it to your clients. This certification gives you both. You already work with clients as a coach, therapist, counselor, Reiki or energy practitioner, bodyworker, or yoga or meditation teacher
You want a way to take your clients deeper than your current work reaches, alongside what already works
You want a new offering you can charge more for, so you earn more without adding hours
You've done a short breathwork training and want the depth to facilitate with confidence
No breathwork experience yet? You're welcome here. You go through the work yourself before you learn to guide anyone else.
Most breathwork training teaches techniques for managing what people feel. The Inhale Exhale method is presence-first, which means it's about helping people actually feel what they've been carrying in order to release it, rather than learning to cope with it.
In a session, a client stops trying to figure out what they feel and starts actually feeling it. The breath brings up what's been held in the body, the grief, anger, and fear they've learned to manage, and when they're supported to stay present with it instead of pushing it away, it has room to release.
Step 1
Coaching
A deep dive into what the client brings, exploring what's operating underneath through active listening and powerful questioning.
Step 2
Set intention
Turning what came up in the coaching into a clear intention for the session.
Step 3
Breathwork
Conscious connected breathwork, or the modality you already work with, guided from presence.
Step 4
Integration
Exercises for feeling and allowing whatever came up to settle and deepen.
You can only guide someone as far as you've gone yourself, so you go through the work first, then learn to guide others from that place.
Weekly 2-hour live sessions on Zoom, in a small cohort, with every session recorded.
Months 1 and 2
You go through the work yourself first, releasing your own patterns and learning what it means to be fully present with what you feel. Personal change starts in week 1.
Month 3
The coaching skills that open every session: going deep into what a client brings, exploring what's operating underneath, and setting a clear intention for the breathwork.
Months 4 and 5
Running a full session from intake through integration, handling intense moments, leading groups, and knowing your scope and when to refer. Your 20 practice sessions begin here.
Month 6
Your business setup (website, social media, and legal docs), how effective funnel systems work, and the client acquisition system I use in my own practice, so you can offer breathwork to the clients you already have and attract new ones.

"I've worked with some of the best coaches in the world and done the work myself as an executive coach. John's sessions took me to a depth that standard coaching never reached. He helped me see and move through patterns I'd spent years avoiding."
Joseph C.

"I've done nearly 20 sessions with John. His coaching cuts straight to the core, and the breathwork that follows consistently brings deep insight into exactly what we discussed. I've worked through more here than in years of other work."
Jonathan W.
CEO
"I've worked with practitioners across many different modalities and John takes things one step further than anyone else I've experienced. The breathwork is incredible. Give his sessions a try, you won't be disappointed."

Attorney
I'm the founder of Inhale Exhale. I've guided hundreds of breathwork and coaching sessions with clients around the world, helping them release what they've carried for years.
For years I struggled with anxiety and shame. Therapy gave me a solid level of self-awareness, and I was still carrying emotional discomfort that understanding alone didn't shift. When I began exploring presence-based work and combined it with conscious connected breathwork, my life changed in a way I could never have imagined. That's the work I now train practitioners to bring into their own practices.

Launch commitment. If you finish the program and don't have a paying client within 90 days, I'll personally work with you 1:1 on your launch.

Each cohort is limited to 10 people so every trainee gets full 1:1 support.
No. Practitioners with no breathwork experience are welcome. Months 1 and 2 are your own work, so you experience the method fully before you learn to guide anyone else.
One 2-hour live session on Zoom each week, plus personal practice between sessions. From Month 4 you'll also run practice sessions. Every live session is recorded if you need to catch up.
That's what the structure is for. You go through the work yourself first, then learn facilitation step by step, and practice with 20 sessions that John reviews before you finish.
Most trainings stop at the technique. This one includes 20 practice sessions with real feedback, and a client acquisition system with templates, a webinar, and ad examples, so you leave with breathwork packaged as an offering and a way to sell it.
You learn how effective funnel systems work and get the same client acquisition system I use in my own practice. Before you launch, I review your website, marketing, and acquisition setup with you.
No. This is a breathwork facilitation and coaching certification. It's designed to sit alongside the work you already do, and you'll learn your scope of practice and when to refer.
On this call, we'll look at where you are now, what's drawing you to this work, and whether the Inhale Exhale Method Certification is the right next step for you. If it's a fit, I'll walk you through how the program works and answer your questions. If it's not, I'll point you toward what will serve you best.
